Where To Dine on Water Street
With shops, restaurants, and pathways to Lake Carolyn, it's no wonder that Water Street is one of Irving's newest hot spots.
This mixed-use development spans nearly 60,000 square feet, and it just four minutes from our Las Colinas apartments.
Dining highlights include:
Jinya Ramen Bar
Jinya boasts that it's a bowl above the rest. The restaurant opened in Tokyo in 2000, and today there are twenty locations in the United States. The chefs prepare a rich, thick broth that's simmered for ten hours. They also make the noodles daily and craft them to sink perfectly into the bowls. Ramen choices include Slurp Up Cilantro, spicy umami miso, and wonton chicken. For dessert, try the homemade panna cotta. It's served with caramel cream sauce, graham crackers, and vanilla ice cream.
Cork & Pig Tavern
When four friends decided to combine their love of delicious food and great wines, Cork & Pig Tavern was born. They offer a unique blend of wood-fired pizzas and signature entrees in a warm atmosphere. Guests enjoy friendly service, and they're invited to relax, laugh, and dine. Offerings include crispy chicken sandwiches, double-cut pork chops, and Scottish salmon. Don't forget to ask about the nightly specials.
Hugo's Invitados brings the taste of Mexico to Irving. The dishes are authentic and true, and they're handcrafted from all-natural ingredients. The chefs modify any meal, making each order unique. In the quaint dining room, visitors find a piece of the outdoors with trees and other greenery. The menu includes green salsa chicken tacos, seafood enchiladas, and bison chile relleno. All pair well with a pint of Deep Ellum IPA.
